Modular drainage
This is a modular block moulded from regenerated PP suitable for the creation of buried structures with a high void ratio (up to 96%) for the collection and dispersal of rainwater captured by the surface drainage system.
Depending on the type of geotextile in contact with the soil, and the site conditions, the structure can serve as a dispersal drain, a retention basin, or a cistern in which water can be stored for subsequent re-use.
Accordingly, the ECOBLOC system provides one possible method of guaranteeing hydraulic invariance when implementing building or infrastructure projects and can be installed beneath green spaces, industrial yards, forecourts, or parking facilities subject to heavy traffic.
ECOBLOC modules are covered by the main pertinent international certifications (BBA, CSTB, DIBt, …), which declare a minimum durability of 50 years if installed correctly.
The flagship ECOBLOC module, with 2 parallel inner channels allowing inspection; when suitably covered, able to withstand the weight of heavy vehicles up to 60t. Dimensions: 80x80xh32 cm. Void ratio: 96%.
Optimized stackable space-saving module, able to withstand the weight of heavy vehicles up to 40t when suitably covered. Does not allow inspection. Combinable with ECOBLOC INSPECT FLEX to allow inspection of bottom. Dimensions: 80x80xh35 cm. Void ratio: 96%.
Optimized stackable space-saving module, able to withstand the weight of light vehicles up to 12t when suitably covered. Does not allow inspection. Combinable with ECOBLOC INSPECT FLEX to allow inspection of bottom. Dimensions: 80x80xh35 cm. Void ratio: 97%.
Modular shaft system designed for assembly with ECOBLOC modules; presents access points for inspection purposes or coupling of pipes. Provided with a set of easy removal knockouts (up to DN400). Dimensions 80×80 cm, available in 2 heights, 35/66 cm. Withstands loads up to 60t.
Installation of ECOBLOC LIGHT
With ECOBLOC it becomes possible to create drainage solutions that are less costly, less invasive and more customizable, while reducing the use of aggregates and collecting a higher volume of water per unit of excavated volume.
Installation takes less time and is safer than in the case of conventional systems, given that the modular blocks are notably lightweight.
The ECOBLOC product range offers a solution of low environmental impact, since the modules are manufactured using regenerated plastic.
Long-term durability of the product is guaranteed by quality controls on material in production, and certifications to industry standards.
